Tom Brady said he injured his finger during Sunday's win over the New Orleans Saints.
During your Let's Go! Via Joy Knight of the SiriusXM podcast, Tampa Bay Times, Brady revealed that the ring finger on his right hand is "very good".
However, it's not serious enough to keep the star quarterback out of action.
"It's just going to be bad all week," Brady said.
Although the Buccaneers won the Superdome 20–10,
Brady showed dismay throughout the afternoon.
He was seen shouting on the field, and he even fired a bullet in anger.
"I'm trying to make sure I don't throw my hand out when I throw it,
But I was very angry yesterday," Brady said on the podcast.
Tampa Bay didn't get a final field until the fourth quarter,
And Brady finished with only 190 passing yards in 34 attempts.
Yet the 45-year-old tied for a 28-yard touchdown with Bresht Perriman, when star receiver Mike Evans was fired for fighting Saints cornerback Marson Lattimore.
Defense has propelled the Buccaneers to two road wins,
But two epic encounters await against fellow MVP quarterbacks and Super Bowl champions.
Brady will have to do his best when the Bucks host Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers in the third week.
They will then face Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football in Week 4.
