LeBron James has ventured into the media world several times during his professional basketball career.

The Los Angeles Lakers star is currently facing trial for one of his projects, however.

According to the New York Post, LeBron and Drake are facing trial for their documentary about black hockey players.

The Post has learned," the New York Post reports.

"Billy Hunter, former head of the NBA Players Association and ex-federal prosecutor,

is seeking $10 million in damages, along with a portion of the profits from the documentary,

An explosive complaint filed in the Manhattan State Supreme Court alleges that they have an exclusive legal right to produce any film about the Colored Hockey League that existed from 1895 to the 1930s.

Sports fans have taken to social media to weigh in.

One fan said, "He needs to sue the writers. How could he possibly have a case against LeBron and Drake."

LeBron and Drake have also worked together for some notable projects recently
