The Camping World Truck Series is set to end its sponsorship with NASCAR after the season is over.

The company's CEO Marcus Lemonis announced this via Twitter on Wednesday night.

As the playoffs got closer to the start, this announcement came true.

Per Adam Stern, the truck is a prime candidate to replace Camping World as the series' main sponsor.

Considered an artist.

This will be the second time Craftsman will be the title sponsor.

It was the original Truck Series sponsor from 1995–2008 before Camping World took over in 2009.

Lemonis said on SiriusXM NASCAR radio on Wednesday that he wants to make sure NASCAR has a new sponsor before making this announcement.

Stern's report is certainly in line with that,

Although it is unknown when the official announcement will be made.
