David Bakhtiari was nowhere close to quitting football when he was returning from injury.

The Green Bay Packers star tackle said there was no chance of him going out of the fight without him.

"I had to be pulled away from my ankles, my nails being grabbed off the ground and ripped off.

Because I was definitely not going out without a fight," Bakhtiyari tweeted.

Bakhtiyari has been activated from the PUP list after tearing his ACL on December 31, 2020.

He had to undergo three knee surgeries, the most recent of which came this season.

He only played 27 snaps last season and all of them came in Week 18 against the Detroit Lions.

Before Bakhtiyari's injury, he started 118 games over the course of eight seasons.

Bringing him back in the lineup will do wonders for the Packers,

Especially since he has Super Bowl aspirations this season.
