After a heartbreaking loss to Northwestern in their season opener,

Nebraska was supposed to fire on all cylinders this Saturday.

Well, it didn't happen.

Nebraska and North Dakota are tied at halftime.

It's been a disappointing performance for Scott Frost's team, make no mistake.

.With so much pressure on the Cornhuskers to win this game,

It's no surprise to see the college football world buzzing with the current score.

"Nebraska - which last won a football game on October 2, 2021 - is now struggling against an FCS team,"

The Athletic's Nicole Orbach wrote on Twitter.

"It must be killing Husker fans."

"Nebraska looks like a program that has been emotionally defeated.

In all areas of the game," said one fan.

Another fan tweeted, "Yes Nebraska is dead."

Apparently Frost was not happy with his team's performance in the first half.

"That's bad," said Frost. "We don't have a rhythm."

If Nebraska is going to create some segregation against North Dakota,

Quarterback Casey Thompson will need to piece together some consistent drives.

He has only 84 passing yards in this game.
