Georgia Football Lands Commitment From Son Of NFL Head Coach

On Saturday, the Georgia Bulldogs added another notable recruit to their 2023 class.

Troy Bowles, son of Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles,

Officially announced its commitment to Georgia this weekend.

"1000% committed," Bowles tweeted.

"Go Dogs! All the glory of God."

Bowles is number 44 overall and the number 2 linebacker in his class,

Overall ranking per 247 games.

Ohio State and Oklahoma were considered contenders for Bowls,

But he eventually decided to commit to Georgia.

Bowles certainly has a game to play for Kirby Smart's team.

As a junior at Jesuit High School, Bowles made a total of 110 tackles,

Seven tackles, seven sacks and two interceptions for the loss.

Georgia has done an excellent job of developing linebackers over the years,

Like Nakobe Dean and Rokan Smith.
