The Carolina Panthers and countless fantasy football players are counting on Christian McCaffrey to stay healthy after two years with an injury.

Social media users collectively took their breath away when the Panthers linked them to reports of an injury with a sin issue. Although,

He is still on track to play on Sunday, even after fully participating in Thursday's practice.

This appears to be a false alarm.

According to ESPN's David Newton, Panthers head coach David Newton said he has "no concerns" over McCaffrey's injury.

Running back, the star cut his shin with a nail.

No one has the stomach for close calls, especially in this season.

McCaffrey has played just 10 matches in the last two years with ankle, shoulder and thigh injuries.

Many daring fantasy drafters nonetheless nabbed the 26-year-old with the first or second overall pick.

After all, he recorded 2,392 scrimmage yards and 19 touchdowns in 2019 while fully recovering.

McCaffrey should still take the field on Sunday when the Panthers play the Cleveland Browns.
