The San Francisco 49ers may have to go through another game without All-Pro tight end George Kittel.
Kittel missed the 49ers season opener due to a groin injury.
Although he was not placed on injured reserve, it appears that his injury still remains.

This is a clear sign that he is still in rehab.
Technically, Kytel can miss every practice session this week and is still active for Sunday's games.
However, at the moment it seems very unlikely.
San Francisco fans are deeply concerned about Kittle's condition for the second week and beyond.
Injuries have plagued Kittel over the past few seasons,
Although he has managed to overcome the pain on several occasions.
During the 2021 season, Kittle had 71 receptions for 910 yards and six touchdowns.
The 49ers would love to field him for Sunday's divisional game against the Seattle Seahawks
If Kittle is unable to follow suit this weekend, the 49ers will need to run their offense primarily through wide receivers Brandon Ayuk and Deebo Samuel.
The 49ers will announce Kittle's status for Week 2 on Friday afternoon.
