College Basketball World Reacts To Bronny James' Commitment Prediction

Bronie James could turn a college basketball program into a placement next year.
On3 Sports' Jamie Shaw identified Oregon as the favorite to take down the son of NBA superstar LeBron James.
Shaw gives the Ducks a 50 percent chance of successfully recruiting the number 38 player from the class of 2023.
USC and Ohio State, the other two schools that have been pursuing James publicly, each received a 25 percent probability.
Bronie's landing will be a major milestone for the Ducks, who have already received commitments from Kwame Evans and Mookie Cook.
The school's close ties with Nike may also have helped James influence his father's lifelong business relationship with the company.
Another fan joked that he would get to play roundabout with his father.
Cook will play LeBron in a biopic premiere on Peacock in 2023.
Shaw also noted that Bronie and Cook were traveling companions in middle school.
Again, LeBron is a famous Buckeyes fan. Bronie's former high school teammate,
Kijani Wright, joining Trojan this year.
It is believed that Bronie decides to play college basketball.
He can join the G-League or play professionally overseas before earning NBA eligibility.
His decision could have major implications for Oregon
And other college basketball programs are eager to make a big splash.
