Antonio Hamilton Shares Photos Of Brutal Cooking Injuries

The Arizona Cardinals placed Antonio Hamilton on the reserve/non-football injury list after a cooking-related accident.

On Thursday, Hamilton shared photos from the hospital on Twitter, showing a burning sensation in his legs and feet.

"It was the biggest camp of my career and last Monday I had an accident that could have been fatal for me and my family but instead I got less

Burned my legs severely (second degree)," Hamilton wrote.

"It was a really strange accident and God only spared me for these injuries."

John Gambado of 98.7 FM Phoenix reported that Hamilton burned himself by spraying hot oil while cooking.

After starting two games for the Cardinals last season, Hamilton was set to start the 2022 season with more responsibility.

Earlier this week, per PHXN Cardinals podcast host Bo Brack,

Cardinals head coach Cliff Kingsbury said Hamilton "earned the starting role" after a great training camp.

Hamilton will miss at least the first four games before making a comeback.
