The WNBA star, who was imprisoned in Russia for nearly a year, will be the focus of a new comic book to be released.
Sports Illustrated wrote, “The story of WNBA star Brittany Griner’s detention in Russia and eventual return to the United States is set to be immortalized in a special project from comic book publisher, Tidalwave Comics.”
