According to recent reports from TMZ Sports, the man was hit by a hit delivered by the six-time All-Pro defender.

The Santa Clara Police Department says Alexander Taylor came to police the day after the incident and reported that he suffered multiple injuries during the hit.

“Mr Taylor had a headache, a concussion without consciousness, and a burning sensation in his inner right biceps,” the police report said.

Taylor ran into the field with a pink smoke bomb on behalf of an animal rights organization called Direct Action Everywhere.  A spokesman for the group said Taylor submitted the report because of the “blatant attack”.

Wagner said he took the fan down for safety reasons.

Wagner said, “You don’t know what that fan (have) or what they don’t have. We don’t know what they’re carrying in their pockets, it’s just a little smoke.”  “But (it can be) dangerous. I was disappointed, so I took it out on the fan.”
