The San Francisco 49ers advance to their second straight NFC Championship Game on Sunday night.
They played the Dallas Cowboys in the playoffs for the second consecutive season, defeating them 19–12. It was a low-scoring affair but the 49ers were able to make enough plays in the fourth quarter to seal the win.
After the win, star pass rusher Nick Bosa took aim at the Cowboys via an Instagram post.
“Team America strikes again,” Bosa said in the caption.
It’s a shot at the Cowboys, who haven’t had much playoff success in the last 20 years. They are the only team that hasn’t reached the Super Bowl or NFC Championship Game since 1995.
Now they’ll see Bosa and company play off for a spot in this year’s Super Bowl next Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles.
That contest begins at 3 p.m. ET and will be televised by FOX.
