Jacksonville Jaguars star offensive lineman Brandon Schreff was unavailable for Tuesday’s practice session because he has been nursing an abdominal injury.
The Jags head into a tough Divisional Round matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs this weekend – and they could use all the help they can get.
the sheriff was one of two players Joe missed Tuesday’s practice for the Jaguars, joined by third-year long snapper Ross Maticic (back).
Trevor Lawrence (toe), Jamal Agnew (shoulder), Luke Fortner (back) and Kendrick Pryor (shoulder) were all limited.
Scherff is in the middle of his first season with the Jaguars after playing the first seven years of his career in Washington. The veteran lineman has five career Pro-Bowl selections and one First Team All-Pro honor.
Scharf started all 17 regular season games for the Jaguars this year and last week’s wild card game.
